SERVICE AGREEMENT — GOD HAND LLCLast Updated: 2-21-2026This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which God Hand LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides services to clients (“you” or “the client”). By requesting or receiving services from God Hand LLC, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of Services
God Hand LLC provides professional services including, but not limited to:
Technical installation
Troubleshooting
Maintenance
Structured cabling
Network support
General operational assistance
The exact scope of work will be defined between the client and God Hand LLC before services begin.
2. Service Requests

3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing varies depending on the type of service requested. Before work begins, the client will receive:
A description of the service
The estimated cost
Any additional fees (if applicable)
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information regarding the service request
Ensure safe access to the work area
Notify God Hand LLC of any hazards or special conditions
Follow safety instructions and recommendations
Failure to provide a safe environment may result in cancellation or additional fees.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a fee.
God Hand LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Liability
God Hand LLC is not responsible for:
Pre‑existing damage
Issues caused by third‑party equipment
Losses resulting from misuse or improper maintenance
Delays caused by factors outside our control
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Warranty
Some services may include a limited warranty, which will be communicated to the client when applicable.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse
Unauthorized modifications
Natural wear and tear
8. Mobile Communications (SMS Compliance)
If you provide your phone number, you may receive SMS messages related to your service request.
As required by U.S. carrier regulations:
We do not sell, share, or trade users’ mobile information for marketing purposes. We also do not share text messaging originator opt‑in data or consent with third parties.

9. Confidentiality
Any information shared between the client and God Hand LLC will be kept confidential and used only for service‑related purposes.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
